A small number of coastal villas, island fincas and city apartments, selected for their setting. We will write you first.
We are a small house, working across coastal Spain, the islands and the capitals. We are not a portal. We hold few residences, we know each one, and we write to you before they are listed anywhere else. Most of what we are shown, we decline.

We bring a short list, walked and verified by us — never a feed of everything on the market.

Private viewings, arranged for the hours a dwelling is at its best. We are with you throughout.

Negotiation, notary, surveys and the handover of keys — handled quietly, in one pair of hands.
Home Staging
Take the keys, or take the rooms.
A residence can be delivered fully furnished and finished by our decorators — so the only thing you bring is yourself.
We work with a small circle of makers and galleries across the Mediterranean. Each room is composed for the dwelling and its light, never from a catalogue. Where you wish, the decor is acquired with the residence as a single package — one negotiation, one notary, one set of keys to a home that is ready to live in.
